重庆城市发展新区建设用地集约利用趋势类型研究

Study on Intensive Use Trend of Construction Land in Chongqing City Development Zone

以重庆城市发展新区内的全部建设用地为评价对象,研究各区县建设用地集约利用趋势类型。结果表明,重庆城市发展新区的12个区县中,1个区县为人口集约扩张型,3个区县为经济集约扩张型,8个区县为双低效扩张型,且存在集约利用整体水平不高、空间分布不均衡的问题。针对存在的问题,提出了重庆城市发展新区提高建设用地集约利用水平的对策建议。

With all the construction land of Chongqing City development zone as evaluation object,the intensive use of construction land was studied. The results show that the 12 districts in the city development zone,1 county as the population intensive expansion type,3 counties as economic intensive expansion type,8 districts as double inefficient expansion type,and the intensive use of the overall level is not high,the space distribution is unbalanced. In view of the existing problems,several suggestions for improving construction land intensive use level in Chongqing City development zone were put forward.
