摘要
针对吹瓶模具制造企业因订单到达的随机性、模具类别的差异性导致各生产车间负荷均衡性差、资源利用率低的问题,采用预投订单方式来均衡各生产车间的负荷。基于吹瓶模具制造企业的生产计划体系,设计了一套针对吹瓶模具制造企业的预投订单的决策模型。实践表明,在吹瓶模具制造企业,采用预投订单能很好地均衡负荷、平衡产能以及提高各加工设备的利用率,提高订单准时交货率,降低企业的生产成本。
In blowing mould manufacturing enterprises, due to the randomness of the order arriving, difference of blow moulding moulds, the load of workshops was unbalanced and the resource availability was low, which taking the preorder method can solve the problem.Based on the production plan of an enterprise, a set of decision model for preorder was designed. The practice proved that the bottle blowing mould manufacturing enterprise hadbalanced capacity, load balancing and improved the processing center of resource utilization by using of preorders.
