激光拼焊前门内板的冲压工艺

摘要 通过分析汽车前门内板的形状结构和成形难点,确定了零件的成形方式和拉深方向,对压料面和工艺补充面、拉深筋布置以及后工序工艺进行了设计,提出了前门内板成形工艺设计中需要注意的问题。实际生产表明,前门内板使用拼焊板成形有效降低了车门整体的质量,提高了车门的装配精度,降低了生产成本,提高了材料利用率。 The forming and drawing direction of an automobile front door inner panel were determined based on the analysis of its appearance and forming difficulties, and the pressure surface and addendum surface, layout for drawbead and the subsequent processes were designed. Also the problems for forming a front door inner panel that need to pay attention in the design process were put forward. The actual production was indicated that the weight of door was effectively reduced and its assembly precision was improved.
