摘要
通过对比几种模具小零件采用自动上、下料方式的加工方案,得出结论为:两机一料仓方式具有占地少、费用低、容易实现自动化生产等特点,可推广到具有较多模具小零件加工需求的企业中,实现模具小零件加工的高质量、高效率。
Through the comparison of several processing schemes that small parts of die taking automatic loading and unloading, the conclusion was obtained： the processing mode that one feed bin with two CNC machines occupied and cost less, and it was easy to realize automation production.
