摘要
为了探讨神经生长因子对鸡的生长发育的影响,试验以2月龄来航鸡为试验对象,经RTPCR方法检测鸡体内主要器官中NGF mRNA的表达情况。结果表明:鸡体内主要器官中均有NGF mRNA的表达,并且在肺脏表达量最高,心脏、胰腺和胸腺次之。说明NGF在鸡体内主要器官的广泛表达预示着NGF参与鸡体各系统的发育过程,但具体作用机制还有待深入研究。
To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor（ NGF） on the growth and development of chicken,2- month- old Leghorn chickens were used as experimental objects. The expressions of NGF in the major organs of Leghorn chickens were detected with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（ RT- PCR） method. The result showed that the NGF mRNA was expressed in the major organs of chickens,and the expression level of NGF mRNA in the lung was the highest,followed by heart,pancreas and thymus. The results indicate that the wide expressions of NGF in the major organs of chickens presage that NGF participates in the development process of various systems of the chicken body,but its exact mechanism of action needs further study.
