玉米秸秆皮穰分离综合利用的研究进展

Research progresses on the comprehensive utilization of the rind and pitch from corn stover

玉米秸秆主要由皮、穰、叶三部分组成。在玉米秸秆综合利用过程中,玉米秸秆的预处理是关键技术,直接影响玉米秸秆的利用率和生产成本。文章综述了玉米秸秆分部位利用的技术和效果,以及皮穰分离加工的研究现状,并提出皮穰分离利用是其处理利用的一种有效途径和发展趋势。

Corn stover is mainly composed of three parts： the rind,pitch and leaves. The pretreatment for corn stover is the key technology in the course of comprehensive utilization of corn stover,which can directly affect the utilization rate of corn stover and the production cost. This paper reviews the techniques and the effects of the use of different fractions of corn stover,and the research status of separation and processing of the rind and pitch. The paper also puts forward that the separation and utilization of the rind and pitch is an effective way and developing trend to treat and utilize the corn stover.
