摘要
为了研究丁香叶水提取物的不同有机溶剂萃取物对猪链球菌体外生物被膜(BF)的干预作用,确定丁香叶发挥作用的有效部位,试验采用结晶紫染色(CV)的方法对其进行了研究。结果表明:乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物对猪链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为6.25μg/μL、12.5μg/μL;3.125,1.562 5,0.781 25μg/μL乙酸乙酯萃取物对猪链球菌生物被膜干预作用的影响极显著(P<0.01)。说明抑制猪链球菌生物被膜形成的有效部分为乙酸乙酯部分。
To study the intervention effects of different organic reagent extracts of the Syringa oblate Lindl leaf aqueous extract on the biofilm( BF) of Streptococcus suis,and determine the effective part of Syringa oblate Lindl leaf against the biofilm of Streptococcus suis,crystal violet( CV) staining assay was used for the study in the test. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) of ethyl acetate extract and n- butanol extract against Suis Streptococcus were 6. 25 and 12. 5 μg / m L,respectively. Three kinds of concentrations of ethyl acetate extract including 3. 125,1. 562 5,and 0. 781 25 μg / μL,had highly significant intervention effects( P〈0. 01) on the biofilm of Streptococcus suis. The results indicate that the effective part of Syringa oblate Lindl leaf against the biofilm formation of Suis Streptococcus exists in the ethyl acetate extract.
