In the style building of the government, the principle of good faith exerts a profound impact on the attitude of the government administrative organizations and civil servants, administrative acts and administrative performance. In the Chinese culture and the modern administrative context, the ＂honesty＂and ＂faithfulness＂have abundant academic connotation, ethics connotation and the legal theoretical values. The present paper with honesty and the faithfulness as the key words discuss the state of the honesty and faithfulness from two levels of the attitude and behavior in order to explore the construction strategy of honesty and trust in government style construction to improve the government＇s ruling power and credibility.
