摘要
文章从客户角度出发,结合板材行业情况;从板材使用规格、板材拼板设计两个方面来论述:如何提高板材的实际利用率,如何降低板材库存,最终实现板材的合理化管理。
From the customer point of view and by combining with base material industry conditions, as well as from the board material using specifications and the board material design, this article is to discuss how to improve the actual utilization of the board material, how to reduce inventory, eventually rationalize management boards.
