临床医学(全科)硕士专业学位研究生培养的思考

A Thought on Postgraduate Education for the Master of Clinical Medicine( General Practice)

随着现代医学模式的转变和广大群众对卫生保障需求的增加,全科医师、特别是高层次全科医师的培养成为了医学教育的趋势。目前我国全科医学硕士的培养正处于起步阶段,尚未形成统一有效的全科医学硕士培养体系。本文针对当前全科医学硕士培养过程中的问题进行了分析,并对全科医学硕士培养体系的构建提出了可行性的具体建议。

Due to the changes of modern medical pattern and the increasing healthcare need by the public,general practitioner education and especially the education for high- level general practitioners have become a tendency in medical education. However,the education for the master of general practice is still in an early stage in China, and a uniform and effective educational system has not been established yet. The paper analyzed some problems arising in the education for the master of general practice and came up with detailed and feasible advices on the establishment of this educational system.
