中国糖尿病风险评估工具的研究现状与进展

Research Status and Progress of Chinese Risk Assessment Tools for Diabetes Mellitus

目前有多种方法用于识别糖尿病高危人群,其中糖尿病风险评估工具因其操作简单、经济、无创、可靠、灵敏,已在欧洲、北美、澳大利亚等地广泛应用于社区人群的筛查,并建立了各国统一的工具版本和评分标准。我国尚未有统一使用的或公认的糖尿病风险评估工具,但已有学者引入或开发了中文版糖尿病风险评估工具。本文将中文版工具的内容、开发过程、灵敏度和特异度等进行综述,以期为将来形成公认的中国糖尿病风险评估工具提供依据。

Many kinds of methods have been used to detect people at high risk for diabetes.For being simple,economic,non-invasive,reliable and sensitive,diabetes risk assessment tools have been widely used for the screening of diabetes among community residents in Europe,North America and Australia,etc.Uniform versions and scoring criteria have been established in these countries.Although there is no uniform or recognized diabetes risk assessment tool in China,academics have introduced or developed some diabetes risk assessment tools of Chinese version.We made a review of the contents,development process,sensitivity and specificity of these tools,so as to provide references for the establishment of a recognized Chinese diabetes risk assessment tool in the future.
