摘要
老年退行性骨关节病及骨关节损伤严重影响患肢功能,最有效的治疗方法为人工关节置换术。虽然其技术成熟,但仍有少见的严重术后并发症发生。本文报道1例双膝关节退行性骨关节病、1例股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折、1例股骨转子间陈旧性骨折经相应关节置换术后发生急性心肌梗死死亡的患者,并对已有文献进行复习。
Senile degenerative osteoarthritis and injury of the bone and joint severely affect limb function. The most effective treatment is artificial joint replacement, although it is a mature technology, rare and serious postoperative complications may occur. A case with double knee degenerative joint disease, a case with intertrochtinteric comminuted fracture, and a case with old intertrochanteric fracture died of acute myocardial infarction after artificial joint replacement, respectively, the above 3 cases were reported in this paper and relevant literatures were reviewed.
