摘要
20世纪早期,中国人文社会科学界不少学者对罗斯金艺术思想进行了不同程度的译介,其中刘思训、丰子恺和彭兆良等人的译介内容较多。译介罗斯金艺术思想之目的,既是其艺术思想本身的价值体现,也是当时中国文化艺术变革与发展的需要,即把其艺术思想作为文化艺术变革与发展的诠释,目的是积极的,但也存在着大部分人只是把其作为近代西方文学、美学、美术和设计等史论的一部分简单介绍、转译和选译,总体上存在着译介粗略、印象式评价等局限性。
In early 20^th century, Ruskin's art thoughts had been expressed by many Chinese humanists at different lev- els. Among these, the translation and evaluation given by Liu Sixun, Feng Zikai and Peng Zhaoliang were relatively specific and profound. The translation of the Ruskin's art thoughts by Chinese humanistic community, not only shows the value of the its own, but also meets the need of revolution and development of the Chinese art at that time, that is to put the artistic thoughts as the ideological in the annotation in the culture and art. The message is positive, but the majority still regard it as the first briefly introduction in the history of literature, aesthetics, fine arts or design. On the whole, the translation is generally rough, and the evaluation is simply impressionistic.
