高精度转台控制系统设计与研究

Design of High-Accuracy Servo Control System of Turntable

摘要 以高精度转台为研究背景,针对转台控制系统特点,设计基于msp430f249单片机的转台控制系统。采用18位的绝对式光电编码器作为位置反馈元件,以两相混合式步进电机为被控对象进行系统软硬件设计。实验结果表明,设计合理可靠,系统稳态精度高。 Based on high-accuracy turntable as the research background, in allusion to the characteristic of the turntable control system, a system of the turntable control which is based on the msp430 MCU was designed. Using 18-bit encoder and stepper motor, software and hardware of the system were designed. The experimental results show that the turntable system controller performs perfect.
