生态高标准农田建设规划,是黑龙江农业发展历史上的一项重大战略举措,是促进粮食产量持续增长、改善农田生态环境、提高土地产出率、加快绿色食品产业发展的需要,文章阐述高标准农田建设的总体布局及战略意义。
Hundred million mu ecological high standard farmland planning is a major strategic initiative of Heilongjiang agriculture development history,requirements for promoting the food production sustainable development,improving farmland ecological environment and heightening land output rate,speeding up the development of green food industry. This paper focuses on the overall layout and the strategic significance of high standard farmland construction.
