上海市闵行区某社区舒缓疗护需求调查分析

A survey and analysis of needs for palliative care in a community of Minhang district, Shanghai

了解上海市闵行区某社区舒缓疗护需求情况。方法:对该社区2000名恶性肿瘤现惠患者进行问卷评估,了解其疼痛水平、焦虑状况和抑郁状况,以及患者及家属对舒缓疗护服务认知和态度和服务需求,分析其结果。结果:在完整完成问卷的1968名患者中,有1867名患者(94.87%)有不同程度的疼痛,969名患者(49.22%)存在焦虑,678名患者(34.45%)存在抑郁情况。大部分患者及家属知道舒缓疗护,但仅有半数愿意接受该项服务,而且对其具体政策及服务内容缺乏详细了解。结论:调查结果显示本地区恶性肿瘤患者在客观上存在对舒缓疗护服务的需求,但由于种种原因主观上只有54.22%的患者及家属愿意接受这项服务。希望今后通过宣传教育和社区卫生服务中心的优质舒缓疗护服务,能够改善这一状况,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:find out the needs for palliative care in a community of Minhang district, Shanghai. Methods:questionnaire 2000 current patients with malignant tumors in the community, figure out their pain level, the status of anxiety and depression, the understanding and attitude of patients and their families to needs for palliative care services, analyze the results. Results: 1968 patients fully completed the survey, 1867 patients ( 94. 87% ) have variable pain levels, 1867 patients ( 94. 87% ) have anxiety, 678 patients ( 34. 45% ) have depesssion. Most patients and their families know the palliative care, but only half are willing to accept the service, most are lack of detailed understanding to specific policy and servicel Conclusion : Survey results show that patients with cancers in this community have needs for palliative care services objectively, but due to various subjective reasons only 54. 22% of patients and their families are willing to accept the service. We hope through education of palliative care services in community health care centers to change the situation and improve the life quality of patients.
