摘要
作业负担过重、效率低下已成为困扰广大师生的一个顽症。自从上海市长宁区开展作业效能工作以来,给了学校机会和平台去学习探索和寻找突破口,让广大教师在近几年对作业效能有了新的认识,并进行了积极的探索。笔者根据自己的教学实践对小学语文个性作业作了初探和研究。在新课程标准的指导下,教师试图用个性化的作业引导学生由"要我做作业"转变为"我要做作业",真正促进作业的效能。
Big workload with low efficiency has become a social issue .Since Changning District carry out the project of improving efficiency of homework, which give school the opportunity and platform to find a breakthrough, a lot of teach- ers have a new understanding for the homework efficiency in recent years and explored how to improve the home efficiency positively. So the author made an exploration and research about the primary schoold Chinese languange personalize home- work based on her practice and experience. Under the guidance of the new standard, teachers tend to guide students from "I have to do my homework" to "I'm willing to do my homework", really improve the homework efficiency.
