摘要
新型城镇化进程中乡村教师专业发展有助于提升乡村教育质量,推进乡村文化的传承与创新,促进乡村儿童健康成长。通过对四川、云南、贵州和重庆四省市乡村教师专业发展现状进行调查研究发现,乡村教师专业发展处于中等水平,其中乡村教师的人际关系较好,教学科研和专业能力有待提升,专业幸福感体验较弱,专业知识亟待加强。同时,由于受性别、教龄、学历、职称与区域等因素的影响,乡村教师专业发展水平表现出不同的差异和特点。为此,促进乡村教师专业发展需要加大政策倾斜,提高乡村教师物质生活水平;推进制度建设,构建乡村教师专业发展支持系统;加强机制创新,提升乡村教师的专业素养;实施文化引领,增进乡村教师的学校归属感和专业幸福感。
The rural teachers' professional development contributes to improve the rural education quality, promote the inheritance and innovation of rural culture, and promote the rural children's healthy growth in the process of new urbanization. Through the investigation and research on the situation of rural teachers' professional development in the areas of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing, it's found that rural teachers' professional development is in the medium level, the interpersonal relationship of rural teachers is well, the level of teaching, researching and professional ability needs to be improved, the occupation happy feeling is weak, and the professional knowledge needs to be strengthened. At the same time, influenced by the factors of gender, seniority, education background, professional title and location, rural teachers' professional development level showed diversity and different characteristics. Therefore, promoting rural teachers' professional development needs to increase the policy support to improve rural teachers' level of material life, push forward system construction to construct support system of rural teachers' professional development, strengthen mechanism innovation to improve rural teachers' professional accomplishment, and implement culture guide to promote rural teachers' school belonging sense and occupation happy feeling.
