国内特殊教育教师职业素质现况调查与分析 被引量:35

Investigation and Analysis on Special- education Teachers' Professional Quality Status in China

摘要 对全国东中西三大地区110所特殊教育学校教师2215人进行调查,调查内容包括特教教师的一般信息及职业素质状况。调查结果发现,特教教师的职业素质总体处于中等偏上水平;从子维度来看,从高到低依次为人格素养维度、知识素养维度和能力素养维度;不同性别、不同教龄、不同专业背景、不同地区的特教教师职业素质存在显著差异。建议采取多种措施,提升特殊教育教师的职业素质。 In order to investigate the professional quality status of special school teachers, this study used questionnaire to examine 2215 teachers in 110 special education schools. The survey content included special - education teacher' s general information and the status of their professional quality. It is found that special - education teachers' professional quality was at or above the average level; for the subdimensions, scored from high to low were personal quality, knowledge quality and ability quality. Significant differences were also found among different genders,teaching experiences, professional backgrounds, and areas. It is suggested that multiple measures should be applied to improve special - education teachers' professional quality.
