摘要
本文通过对复旦大学"教育改革与教育法治"学术研讨会的论文和讨论进行总结与评述,探讨了全面深化改革背景下教育改革和教育立法的互动关系、教育立法需要解决的核心问题、教育治理体系和高校教育自主权等问题,并简要评析了中国现行的教育法学学科发展和人才培养模式。
As a Summary of Fudan University's Symposium on “Educational Reform ann Educational Law” , the article addresses the interactive relationship between educational reform and educational legislation, the core legal issues on educational law-making, educational governance and university autonomy with synoptic views about China's current development of educational law study and educational professionals.
