摘要 以冷冻结晶法对藻油中二十二碳五烯酸(DPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)甘油酯进行了分离富集研究,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用对产物中脂肪酸组成及含量进行分析。实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:以丙酮为溶剂,藻油与溶剂体积比1∶6,结晶温度-40℃,结晶时间8 h。在最佳条件下,富集藻油中DPA含量从11.65%提升至14.36%,DHA含量从44.64%提升至57.47%。 The enrichment of docosapentenoic acid (DPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) glycerides from algae oil by freezing crystallization was studied. The fatty acid composition uct were determined by GC -MS. The optimal process conditions were obtained and content of the prod- as follows: with acetone as solvent, volume ratio of algae oil to solvent 1 : 6, crystallization temperature - 40 ℃, crystallization time 8 h. Under the optimal conditions, the content of DPA in enriched algae oil increased from 11.65 % to 14.36% and the content of DHA improved from 44.64% to 57.47%.
