摘要
首山矿开采易燃突出煤层,工作面风量大,采空区浮煤易自燃,为了防止氮气注入采空区后漏失严重,采用向采空区注重氮防火技术,取得了好的防火效果。介绍了实验室对重氮配比、流速和降氧效果的试验方法和结果,介绍了首山煤矿重氮防灭火系统的组成和工作面注重氮的方法、参数,分析了采空区注重氮后的降氧、降温和抑制浮煤自然发火的效果。
Due to the flammable outburst coal seam working face,large air quantity,goaf float coal spontaneous combustion in Shoushan Mine,in order to prevent severe leakage after nitrogen injection in goaf,we achieve good fireproof effect by diazo fire prevention technology. We introduce the experimental methods and results of oxygen reduction effect,diazo ratio and velocity,and introduce the methods and parameters of working face nitrogen injection,composition of coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing system in Shoushan Mine,and analyze the effect of oxygen reduction,cooling and the inhibition of float coal spontaneous combustion after nitrogen injection in goaf.
