摘要
为了研究低透气性岩巷快速掘进工艺,对现场掘进工序进行分析优化。发现影响快速掘进的工序主要集中在爆破方式和运输系统,将原有爆破方式优化为"中深孔不同阶微差斜眼掏槽"爆破,掏槽眼深度增加到2.2 m,其他眼深度增加到2.0 m;转载胶带输送机巷的施工人员能够及时修理进入胶带转载运输机巷拐弯处的轨道道岔、确保矿车数量的充足,亦或是铺设胶带运输机,运输效率将会大幅提升;同时开展多工序交叉平行作业;通过优化,预期巷道掘进月进尺由原来72 m提高到108 m左右,达到了快速掘进的目的。
In order to study rapid excavation technology for rock with low permeability,we measured the field excavation process,analyzed and optimized the measured time. The main conclusions are that rapid excavation process influences mainly blasting method and transport system; we optimize the former blasting method as inclined underholing with medium- length hole,different order,and elementary errors. The depth of cutting hole increases to 2. 2 m,the depth of other holes increases to 2. 0 m; construction personnel can enter the turning corner to repair orbit switch in time,ensure the sufficiency of mine car,and lay belt conveyor in conveyor road,which can improve the efficiency of transportation greatly; meanwhile,cross- parallel operation is carried out through optimization,the anticipated drivage length is promoted from 72 m to around 108 m and we achieve the goal of the rapid excavation.
