摘要
为了提高煤炭资源的采出率,同时也为了保证巷道在服务期间的稳定性,以山西省晋城市关岭山煤矿为研究背景,针对其15#煤层所采用沿空掘巷留小煤柱技术的采掘方案和煤岩层的物理力学属性,理论分析确定了沿空掘巷所留设的煤柱尺寸后,再采用FLAC3D软件建立了6种数值模拟模型方案,对比分析了不同巷道尺寸下巷道的位移场及巷道围岩的应变场,根据模拟结果,确定了合理的巷道尺寸,得出了巷道最佳高度为2.5 m,保证了巷道在服务期间的安全稳定,取得了较为良好的技术经济效果。
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and ensure the stability of roadway,taking Guanlingshan Coal Mine as the research background,for the mining scheme and physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock of 15#coal after using gob-side entry driving technology,the FLAC3 Dsoftware is used to simulate the displacement field and strain field of six different section sizes for mine roadway after we get the width of the coal column. After the research,we get a reasonable section size and the best height is 2. 5 m. This size can ensure the safety and stability of the roadway during its service and obtain more favorable technical and economic effects.
