Chen Bao-yin＇ s thoughts on international political economics are important part of his academic thoughts on politics. His economic analysis takes broad world view. lie holds that it is necessary to understand China from the perspective of international politics and economy. And he also expounds the main aspects which dominate the development of the problems in China. According to the international environment for China at that time, Chen Bao-yin analyzes the importance of Chinese prob- lems internationally in a scientific way, stressing international politics, Chinese characteristics in economy and the discourse power of China.
