摘要
激发教育能有效提高学生的学习热情,激发其潜能,将被动学习变为主动学习,对提高人才培养质量具有非常重要的意义。本文以激发教育为宗旨,针对高校软件工程专业实践教学的本质特点,结合软件行业社会需求,提出要增强"教育为业界服务"的意识,树立工程性、模块化的教学理念,采取工程性与艺术性相结合的教学方法,实施面向行业问题、校企结合的工程实践项目设计,建立综合性的考核机制以及完善的人才素质评价体系。
Inspiring education, which can effectively improve the students' enthusiasm and inspire their potential, has very important significance to improve the quality of personnel training. In this paper, the idea of enhancing the awareness of "education for industry" is proposed based on the social requirements. Aiming at the practical characteristics of software engineering teaching,the combined methods of engineering, modular teaching are established, which have ability to solve the practice issues faced by the colleges and enterprises. Finally, a comprehensive assessment mechanism is also proposed which can improve the quality of talent evaluation system.
