景区管理课程体系作为与高校职能制定、实施有关质量的方针、目标和职责的全面系统的存在形式,通过综合利用各种质量管理方法,持续改进信息资源和服务质量的系统。本文设计了应用该体系的具体内容和实施策略,最后点明了高校景区管理课程体系实施过程中可能存在的问题和解决方法。

The course system of scenic spot management, as an overall and systematic form of the policies, goals and functions related to quality in the formulation and implementation of college functions, continuously improves information resources and service quality through comprehensively employing various quality management methods. This paper designs the specific contents and implementation strategies of applying this system, and finally pinpoints the possible problems existing in the implementation of the system and the solutions.
