分析高职院校行政管理高效运行存在的问题和对策

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of the Efficient Operation of Administration in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国经济的发展,社会各领域对人才的要求也越来越多,越来越细,这就导致了教育业能否健康有效的发展成为制约社会发展的重中之重。对于高职院校来说,行政管理是院校工作的重要组成部分,是衡量学校整体水平的重要标准。在高职院校取得显著进步的同时,其中的行政管理工作暴露了很多问题,资金投入、师资队伍建设、实训投入、后勤保障等。本文对目前高职院校行政管理中突出的问题进行了一些探讨,为提高行政效率提供了一些思路。

With China＇s economic development, more and more professional talents are needed by various fields of the society,making the development of education the top factor influencing social development. Administration is an important part for higher vocational colleges, and is also a major criterion measuring the overall level of a college. As higher vocational colleges have made prominent progress, many problems in their administration are also exposed, such as problems concerning capital investment,teaching staff construction, training investment, logistics support and so on. This paper explores the pressing problems existing in the current administration in higher vocational colleges, and proposes some ideas for the improvement of administration efficiency.
