高职院校学生创新能力培养模式探析——以专业为依托,以学术性社团为载体

A Brief Discussion on the Training Model of Students' Creative Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges:Based on Higher Vocational Colleges' Specialized Subjects and Academic Communities

高职院校作为国家创新型体系的重要组成部分,其培养目标就是一线技能型人才,这正好符合我国现阶段需要大量具有创造力的一线应用型人才的实际。将实践能力和创新能力的培养融入到学校教育的全过程,是社会发展的需要,也是学校自身发展的需要。基于此,本文以高职院校专业为依托,以学术性社团为载体,提出了高职院校学生创新能力培养模式,以对高职院校学生创新能力培养做一些有益探索。

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of the national innovation. Its goal is to train skilled talents, which just corresponds with our country＇s actual needs. Either the social development or the higher vocational colleges＇ development needs to put the practical ability and the creative ability into the whole process of school education. Based on this, this paper will rely on higher vocational colleges＇ specialized subjects and academic communities to propose the training mode of students＇ creative ability in higher vocational colleges, so as to do some useful exploration in higher vocational college students＇ innovation training.
