Analysis on the Optimization Strategies for College Postgraduate Academic Management Efficiency

研究生教务管理工作是研究生教学管理中比较重要的一环,研究生教务的能力和管理水平直接关系到研究生的培养质量。目前,研究生教务管理队伍中存在着知识结构参差不齐、角色定位模糊、人员流动性大、教学管理手段落后等问题,本文从研究生教务管理存在的问题入手,试图找出优化高校研究生教务管理工作效能的策略和途径,来提高研究生教务的管理水平。

The educational administration management work for postgraduate is very important in the postgraduate teaching management. The quality of postgraduate cultivation is directly related to the capacity and level of graduate educational administration personnel. At present, postgraduate educational management team reflects some problems, such as uneven knowledge structure of personnel, ambiguous role definition, quick mobility of administration staff, backward teaching management, and so on. This article tries to find out the strategies and ways to improve the level of postgraduate management work, from the aspects of the external and internal factors.
