摘要
目的:考察大学生学业拖延情况随时间的动态变化与大学里各层次同学的拖延情况。方法:本研究采用《大学生学习拖延问卷》和《大学生学习拖延成因问卷》对苏南某高校250名在校大学生进行随机测查。结果:(1)71.4%的大学生存在学业拖延状况,与之前研究相比大幅上升。(2)女生与男生之间学业拖延程度无明显差异。(3)大二同学学业拖延程度最为严重,大一、大三、大四同学之间无显著差异。(4)各专业(文理工艺医)之间的学业拖延程度无统计学差异。(5)党员同学学业拖延程度显著轻于非党员同学;自评成绩越好,在复习备考方面和总体的学业拖延程度越轻。结论:大学生学业拖延情况变化随时间变化显著;是否学业拖延主要取决于任务难度、时间管理技能和同学之间的互相影响。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic change of university students' academic procrastination with time passing by,and the situation of procrastination of university students at different levels. Methods: "Questionnaire on University Students' Academic Procrastination" and "Questionnaire on Causes of University Students' Academic Procrastination" were employed to make a random survey on 250 enrolled students from a university in South Jiangsu. Results:(1) 71.4% university students have academic procrastination, which raises significantly compared with previous studies.(2) The degree of academic procrastination has no obvious difference between girl and boy students.(3) Sophomores have the worse degree of academic procrastination, and the academic procrastination among freshmen, juniors and seniors has no significant difference.(4) The degree of academic procrastination among different majors(liberal arts, science, engineering,art and medical science) has no statistical difference.(5) The degree of academic procrastination of student Party members is significantly slighter than that of common students; a better score of self-assessment indicates a slighter degree of academic procrastination. Conclusions: The academic procrastination of university students changes significantly with time passing by; academic procrastination is mainly determined by the mutual influence of task difficulty, time management technique and classmate influence.
