摘要
本文将Leech提出的礼貌原则应用于公共图书馆对外服务工作中,目的在于促进公共图书馆工作人员与读者的有效沟通以及良性互动,提高工作人员在实际工作中的交际能力,从而树立共图书馆的良好服务形象,提升公共图书馆的对外服务水平。
This paper applies politeness principle, put forward by Leech, in external service of public library. It aims to promote the effective communication and positive interaction between staff of public library and readers, and improve staff's communicative competence in practical work, so as to establish a good image of excellent service for public library and promote the level of external service of public library.
