摘要
谈判的成功取决于各种因素和语言策略的恰当运用,其中礼貌言语行为及其策略尤为重要。商务谈判语言具有程式化、模糊性和争辩性等特征。从礼貌原则的角度来看,得体性、赞誉性和委婉模糊性言语行为策略在国际商务谈判中的合理运用有利于增加谈判者之间的信任度,提高谈判效率,加速谈判目标的实现,从而促使国际贸易顺利发展。
Successful business negotiation depends largely on many factors and proper application of strategies, among them politeness strategy is particularly important. Speech act in business negotiation has the features of stability, vagueness, debating. From the perspective of politeness principle, proper use of politeness strategy including application of tact maxim, approbation maxim and euphemistic expressions can enhance the mutual trust and understanding among negotiators, so as to increase the odds for negotiation success and promote the development of international business negotiation.
