The Language Art of University Counselors in Individual Interviews

语言是人类交流的工具,也是辅导员与学生进行思想教育的桥梁。辅导员在个体访谈中要讲求语言的政治性、引导性、精练有趣性,注意巧妙地运用激励性、生动性、针对性,增强语言的说服力、感染力,达到思想政治教育的效果。

Language is a tool for humans＇ communication, as well as a bridge for ideological education between counselors and students. In individual interviews, counselors should strive to use political, guiding, refined and interesting language, and flexibly use stimulating, vivid and targeted language, in order to enhance the persuasiveness and appeal of language, and achieve the effect of ideological and political education.
