论当代教师的责任

摘要 教书育人是教师责任的核心内容,然而,教书与育人的疏离,以学生为主体的教育理念与教什么学什么的教学现实的分歧,不当管理理念对教育活动的影响等支离了育人的过程,师生间"和谐"的关系与疏离的师生情感也不利于育人活动。为改善当前的现状,本文重提教师的责任和担当精神,从而在现实中尽到对学生的关爱,切实做到以学生为主体,进而不断地更新教育管理观念,树立正确的学习态度,增加文化自信和创新动力,促进学生的健康成长。 Imparting knowledge and educating students is the core content of a teacher's responsibilities, however, the separation of imparting knowledge from educating people, the divergence between student-centered education idea and the teaching reality of what to teach and what to learn, and the influence of improper management ideas on education, have torn the process of educating people, and besides, the "seemingly harmonious" teacher-student relationship and alienated teacher-student affections are also bad for the cultivation of students. To improve the current situation, the writer puts forward the responsibilities of teachers,aiming to impel them to care more about students in daily life,truly regard students as the center, constantly update their ideas of education and management, so as to help students establish correct attitudes toward learning, enhance their cultural confidence and innovation motivation, and promote their healthy growth.
