基于大班制教学的高校思想政治理论课课堂管理方法探析

Analysis on Methods for the Classroom Management of College Ideological and Political Theory Course Based on Large-class Teaching

课堂管理是有效教学的重要组成部分。近年来,随着高校的扩招,思想政治理论课作为公共必修课程,为了缓解教育资源相对紧张的问题,高校普遍采用大班制教学模式,课堂管理难度加大,教学效果令人担忧。笔者作为一名高校思想政治课一线教师,对当前高校在思想政治理论课课堂管理方面存在的突出问题,进行了深入的剖析,并结合自己多年的教学实践,积极探索应对之策,提出了一些行之有效的解决办法。

Classroom management is an important component of effective teaching. In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of colleges, in order to ease the pressure of insufficient education resources, colleges generally adopt large-class teaching model for ideological and political theory course which if a public compulsory course, but it makes classroom management more difficult and teaching effect worrisome. As a frontline teacher for ideological and political course, the writer made an in-depth analysis on the prominent problems existing in the present classroom management of college ideological and political theory course, and combined with the writer＇s many years of teaching practice, actively explored corresponding strategies and proposed some feasible solutions.
