摘要
通过对高职学生职业素质的现状进行抽样问卷调查,在校生、毕业生和企业反馈了不同方面的问题。针对调查发现的主要问题,包括高职的就业指导工作不到位,专业课程设置不够合理,社会实践活动形式单一,高职毕业生就业角色定位不准等。文章尝试探讨了构建提升高职学生职业素质的社会实践体系,充分挖掘校内和校外实践的不同形式,希望通过社会实践活动的锻炼,切实提高高职学生的职业素质。
Through a sample questionnaire survey on the current situation of higher vocational students' occupational qualities,different feedbacks have been obtained from enrolled college students, graduates and enterprises. Some conclusions have been made, including insufficient career guidance, improper arrangement of professional courses, single forms of social practice, inaccurate orientation of graduates' employment, etc. This paper attempts to explore the construction of a social practice system to improve higher vocational students' occupational qualities, fully developing different forms of on-campus and off-campus practice. It hopes to feasibly improve higher vocational students' occupational qualities through social practice.
