摘要
退役士兵免费技能培训是一项惠民工程,针对传统的退役士兵机械CAD培训教学中的不足,本文提出采用微课辅助教学,满足学生个性化学习的需求,客观上实现了传统教学模式很难实现的分层教学,有效增强培训效果。
Free technical training for retired soldiers is a project for the benefit of the people. In view of the shortcomings in the traditional teaching of mechanical CAD training for retired soldiers, this paper employs micro-lesson to assist teaching, in order to meet the need of students＇ individual learning, and it has objectively realized the hierarchical teaching that is hard to realize in traditional teaching modes, and effectively improved the effect of training.
