我国养老服务产业发展的现状、问题和对策

On Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of China's Retirement Service Industry

从现实发展的角度上看,我国的养老服务业依然还基本停留在发展的初级阶段上,其中的原因包括个人、企业、政府等多个方面的元素,机遇与挑战是相互统一又相互矛盾的。结合我国当下的实际情况就本文进行说明,对养老服务产业发展现状、问题进行归纳分析总结,分析我国养老服务产业发展很慢的缘由,根据分析的最后结果对养老服务产业提出改善的建议。

From the angle of real development, China＇s retirement service industry still stays at its incipient stage of development,which is caused by various factors such as individual, enterprise and the government, but opportunity and challenge are a unity of opposites. Combined with the current situation of China, this paper analyzes and summarizes the development situation and problems of the retirement service industry, analyzes why China＇s retirement service industry develops slowly, and proposes suggestions for the improvement of China＇s retirement service industry.
