目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理管理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Target Management in Nursing Management of E.N.T. Department

目的探讨目标管理措施在耳鼻喉科临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2009年8月至2014年9月本院耳鼻喉科工作的护理人员共160名作为研究对象,根据入院时间将护理人员分为观察组和对照组。对照组人员对患者实施常规护理,观察组人员在此基础上对患者实施目标管理的相应措施,观察分析目标管理实施前后护理质量及两组患者临床护理的疗效、满意率。结果在实施目标管理后,护理质量显著高于实施前(P<0.05);实施目标管理后患者治愈率高达95%,明显高于实施前(P<0.05);而并发症的发生率及住院时间分别为2.5%、12±2天,明显少于实施前(P<0.05);实施目标管理后患者满意率达到91.25%,明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科临床护理中实施目标管理措施的效果良好,对于提高护理质量、患者的满意率,促进患者的康复有着积极意义。

Objective To investigate the application of target management measures in clinical nursing management of E.N.T. Department. Methods In total of 160 nursing staff who worked in E.N.T. Department in our hospital from August 2009 to September 2014 were included in our study. According to the nurses＇ admission time, we divided them into observation group and control group. Nursing staff in control group carried out routine nursing while staff in observation group carried out not only routine nursing but also corresponding target management measures for different patients. The nursing quality, clinical nursing efficacy and patient satisfaction rate in the two groups were observed and analyzed before and after the implementation of target management.Results After the implementation of target management, the nursing quality was significantly higher than before （P〈0.05）. The cure rate of patients in observation group was 95% which was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, while the incidence of complication （2.5%） and the length of stay （12±2d） in observation group which were significantly less than that of control group. The patient satisfaction rate in observation group reached 91.25% which was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of target management measures in clinical nursing of E.N.T. Department has good effect and plays an important role in improving nursing quality and patient satisfaction and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
