红斑狼疮患者使用生物制剂的时机——事实与争议 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种主要发生在育龄女性的自身免疫性疾病,表现为多系统受累,是一种致死性的疾病。SLE在美国的发病率约为52/10万例,在加拿大的发病率约为21/10万例,在欧洲国家的发病率为29/10万-91/10万例,我国发病率约75/10万例。发病有显著的性别差异,男女发病比例约为1∶5-10。
