经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗多节段骨质疏松压缩骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗多节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析34例骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者共120个椎体经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗效果。对比分析术前、术后的Oswesty功能障碍指数(Oswesty disability index,ODI)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、椎体前缘高度、椎体Cobb角及Odom手术满意度评价等。结果所有手术均顺利完成,手术前后的ODI评分、VAS评分、Cobb角、椎体高度压缩率等差异均有显著性(P<0.001);Odom优良率97.1%。椎体后凸矫正率为(41.97±16.17)%。结论经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术创伤小,操作简便,疗效确定,是治疗多节段骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的较好选择。
