摘要
高职学业评价领域因其评价理念和操作模式滞后以及工作过程评价的缺失,很难支撑综合职业能力的培养。这种执于事实性知识和操作技能两端的学业评价范式,无法满足对学生综合职业能力的诊断和评价的要求。高职学业评价必须要针对跨职业、跨岗位的综合职业能力,依据新的理论基础和操作模式进行,从评价制度、评价内容、评价方式、评价标准以及评价的构成,都要围绕综合职业能力本位进行重构和反思。
Because of the lag of evaluation idea and operation mode and the deletion of process evaluation in higher vocational education, it is very difficult to support the cultivation of comprehensive vocational ability.The academic evaluation paradigm in factual knowledge and skills of both ends can not meet the needs of the diagnosis and evaluation of students' comprehensive vocational ability.Higher vocational education must be targeted at the academic evaluation of comprehensive vocational ability across occupation ,cross position ,based on the theory and mode of operation. Reconstruction and reflection of the comprehensive vocational ability must be done from the evaluation system ,evaluation content, evaluation methods and evaluation standard, etc.
