摘要 他汀类药物是防治动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,ASCVD）的重要药物。由于老年人肝肾功能降低、多种疾病并存,且常联用多种药物,较年轻人更易发生药物不良反应。老年人使用他汀类药物的安全性受到广泛关注,
