摘要
乌贼墨作为一种天然的海洋生物材料,目前对其生物功能的多样性展开了越来越多的研究.本文主要介绍了近几年乌贼墨多糖在抗癌抗肿瘤、化疗损伤修复、抑菌保鲜及抗氧化等方面的研究进展.分析指出,在进一步的研究中,可对不同来源不同种类的几种药用乌贼墨的生物活性作深入系统的对比研究.
As a natural marine biological material,more and more researches have been carried out on squid ink because of its diversities of biological functions currently.This paper describes the research progresses of squid ink polysaccharide in recent years,which includs its anticancer and antitumor,restoration of chemotherapy after injured by cyclophosphamide,preservation and antibacterial and antioxidant and so on.Analyses pointed out that systematic and further study can be done thorough comparing the different biological actives of the medicinal squid ink from different sources and types.
