摘要
介绍了宝钢某区域2台油浸式变压器渗漏油的实例,从变压器渗漏油各方面原因分析着手,通过现场检查判断,找出此变压器渗漏油的主要原因并进行处理,并针对此类问题提出了几点建议。对变压器供配电电缆接线的设计以及渗漏油处理上有借鉴意义。
Oil leakage cases of two oil-filled transformers at BaoSteel are introduced. Through analysis of various reasons for the leakage and on-site check and judgment, the main cause of the oil leakage was found out and treated. Suggestions for such problems were also put forward. The case provided some reference for the design of power supply and distribution cabling of transformers and treatment of oil leakage.
