经尿道前列腺电切术配合低压冲洗治疗高危前列腺增生

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)配合低压冲洗治疗高危前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法将70例高危BPH患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。2组患者均采取TURP治疗,治疗组行低压冲洗,对照组行常规持续冲洗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后国际前列腺症状评分量表(IPSS)显著降低,生活质量评分量表(QOL)明显增加(均P<0.05),且治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后并发症发生率(0.0%,0/35)明显低于对照组(14.3%,5/35)(P<0.05)。结论 TURP配合低压冲洗治疗高危BPH效果显著,可明显降低并发症发生率。
