高镁型硅酸镍矿离析提镍试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 云南某地的硅酸镍矿属面型风化壳矿床,资源储量大,但成分复杂、品位较低,常规选矿方法无法对其利用,是一种难选冶的矿种。根据高镁型硅酸镍矿的性质,采用氯化离析-弱磁选冶联合的方法进行条件试验研究,分别进行了氯化剂的用量试验、还原剂的用量试验、不同助剂的用量试验、焙烧温度试验、焙烧时间试验及磁选磁场强度试验,并选取最优的条件进行了重复试验。试验结果表明:氯化剂用量为30%,还原剂用量为15%,助剂选用Ca O、添加量为10%,焙烧温度为1 100℃,焙烧时间为90 min,磁场强度为1.2T,为最佳的试验条件,可获得镍精矿品位8.07%,回收率75.27%的选矿指标,为合理利用硅酸镍矿提供了技术支撑。 Silicate nickel ore in Yunnan Province with big resource reserves,complex components and low nickel grade,belongs to a surface weathering crust deposit,which couldn't get used by the conven-tional method.According to the character of high magnesium,nickel,the condition experiments of chlo-ridizing segregation-magnetic separation technology had been conducted in this paper,including experi-ments of the dosage of chlorination agent,the dosage of reducing reagent,the dosage of additives,the roasting temperature,the roasting time and intensity of magnetic field.The optimum conditions were cho-sen to conduct the repeated test.The results of experiment showed that the optimum conditions were the chlorination regent with a dosage of 30%,the reductant with a dosage of 15%,CaO as the additive of a dosage of 10%,roasting at 1 100 ℃ for 90min,and the magnetic field intensity of 1.2T.Under the opti-mal conditions,the nickel grade of 8.07% and the nickel recovery of 75.27% were achieved.This has provided a reasonable method of utilizing silicate nickel ore.
