摘要
昆明冶金高等专科学校金属材料与热处理专业以提升专业服务产业发展能力为出发点,通过与行业企业合作,确定热处理专业行动领域能力体系及职业岗位标准、开发基于工作过程系统化的课程体系及专业核心课程、实行顶岗实习等教学改革,形成了本专业独特的"312"(即3个阶段、1年技能训练、2个证书)工学结合人才培养模式,积极探索和推行具有工学交替、任务驱动、项目导向、顶岗实习内涵的"1+1.5+0.5"三阶段教学模式[3],为学生搭建"一年技能训练"的平台,逐步提高学生的综合能力,提升高素质技能型人才培养质量,提高了教学质量和人才培养的效果。
Metal Material and Heat Treatment engineering Specialty of Kunming Metallurgy College collabo-rates with enterprises to enhance the capacity of professional services.The professional action field capacity system and professional position standards of heat treatment was determined.Based on the work process sys-tem,curriculum system and professional core curriculum were developed.A unique “312”(that is,3 stages, 1 year of skills training,2 certificates)training mode was formed.A three stage teaching mode of working and Learning Alternation,task driven,project oriented,internship content “1 +1.5 +0.5”was actively explored and implemented.The platform of a year of skills training for students was built,and the students'comprehen-sive ability was gradually improved.The effect of teaching quality and cultivation of talents was also improved.
