资源型产业链面临着巨大的产业升级转型压力,仅仅依靠资源驱动已不能满足产业链升级与发展的内在要求,产业链也必须经历一个如同产业升级一样的产业链升级过程。就资源型产业链而言,要重视产业链与技术链的整体搭接,强调科技创新下的链式发展。它是一个创新整体,通过核心技术向外扩散到整个产业系统,实现产业创新能力的提高与整条产业链的升级发展。

Resource-based industry chain is faced with the great pressure of industry upgrading and transition.The mere drive of the resources cannot satisfy the internal requirements of the industry chain upgrading and development.The industry chain must experience an upgrading process as that of industry upgrading.As far as the resource-based industrial chain is concerned,the holistic integration between industry chain and technology chain should be paid attention to and the chain development driven by technology and innovation should be emphasized.As an integrated innovative system and with the core technology,it extends and spreads to the entire industry,upgrading industrial innovation and the whole industry chain.
